TLRE enjoyed hosting a pupil on work experience earlier this month (July 2024), our first since TLRE started. Our pupil was able to assist with a variety of tasks, enjoying site visits, joining the team in viewings, assisting with hosting other agents on open days, aiding a measurement exercise, agreeing a refurbishment programme and even joining a pitch meeting!
The experience was useful for the TLRE team also, as the conventional norms were questioned, the reason for doing things a certain way were queried and our explanations helped us in understanding of a fresh viewpoint, all in a proactive positive way. It was a very good week for all!
