The advice including supplying detailed recommendations on the market including requirements for a refurbishment, seeking and obtaining a pre-letting agreement whilst also incorporating the specific tenant requirements latterly into the refurbishment programme. Detailed lease terms were required so both landlord and tenant were comfortable with the terms and the specification of works, so all parties were happy.
This award means that TLRE have won Industrial and Logistics advisor awards in each year of existence, including firm of the year, and numerous quarterly transaction awards.
