Unfortunately there is not an industrial deal of 2024 at the Olympics, but Co-STAR have awarded TLRE a gong for the deal of Q2 2024!
The 34,918 sq ft letting at unit 3 Ventura Park, Radlett on behalf of Abdrn to FTS, was particularly pleasing as the terms were agreed prior to the refurbishment completing minimising any void period. A number of sustainable features were incorporated into the unit refurbishment and we were able to liaise with the occupier over some of the elements of the refurbishment allowing a seamless transition to occupation.
The Co-Star award is the 4th TLRE have won, one for each year since TLRE started. This is a testament to our clients faith in the team, the quality of their refurbishments and commitment to sustainability and the TLRE team in finding property solutions.
