On behalf of Legal & General, UK Property Fund, TLRE are delighted to confirm the letting of Unit B Maidstone Road, Milton Keynes, to Akal Transport.
The 26,386 sq ft unit was fully refurbished, which included the provision of PV panels, car charging points, LED lighting, new cycle storage and external breakout areas.
Terms were agreed prior to completion of the high quality refurbishment works resulting in a record rent achieved for a unit of this size in Milton Keynes.
