The directors of TLRE have been especially busy recently with a flurry of viewings in the North London area. Traditionally the North London industrial market is second only in size and scope to the Park Royal area of west London. Therefore it may not come as a surprise to many, that the area attracts multi nationals, regional occupiers and start up businesses ready to service both central London and the local population.
The area benefits from excellent road links, namely the A10, M25, A406 (North Circular) and proximity to the M11 and Stansted Airport. Public transport is also well represented with the improvements to Lee Valley Line linking Tottenham Hale and the London Underground (Victoria Line) with Meridan Water, Brimsdown, Waltham Cross and Hertford East.
Other public transport includes the Piccadilly and Northern lines from Kings Cross to Calendonian Road, Manor House, New Soutgate and Colindale- all areas with industrial or warehouse accommodation.
TLRE have recently let unit H3 Mowlem Trading Estate, in N17 with Unit H2 also now under offer. However the recent high levels of activity have extended to the “The Grid” Enfield, and Riverwalk where TLRE are also marketing a number of units that are also under offer. The interest has come from all three types above seeking to capitalise on the area’s strengths.
The experience of the TLRE directors goes further than these schemes having advised on Martinbridge Trading Estate, Enfield, Cranford Way in Hornsey, Brewery Road Kings Cross and schemes in Manor House, Colindale and Waltham Cross.
Therefore if you are a landlord and have a stubborn empty unit or require advice on an upcoming lease expiry or if you are an occupier and need specialist industrial/logistics/warehouse advice, then do speak with TLRE and we can assist.
