Looking for certain features

New Year, new (and refurbished) units

Now into 2023, the new year promises much to look forward to, and it is no different at TLRE.

TLRE are advising on a number of new warehouse units currently under construction or about to be developed. These include:

  • 137 Loverock Road, Reading, an 18,000sqft new unit, on the Stadium Trade and Business Park. We have two units under offer at the moment on the prominent new trade units at the front of the scheme. Completion of the trade units is expected in later this month.
  • Danehill Lower Earley, Reading, offers occupiers 41,000sqft of high quality logistics/warehouse space close to junction 11 of the M4. The unit is currently under construction with completion in the early summer.

Some premises are mid way through their refurbishment programme, and are close to bringing much needed leasehold supply to their respective markets. Examples include:

  • Unit A Gateway West London, a modern 27,802 sqft unit with completion of works due at the end of January. The premises benefit from a modern specification, a self contained yard and good access to the A312, A40 and M4.
  • Unit GH Ventura Park, Radlett, with a unique 360 wrap around offering and secure yard. The unit benefits from 3 loading doors, PV panels and a generous parking provision. Works are due to end in March.
  • Units 19 &20 Chiltonian Industrial Estate, Lewisham, SE12 0TX, is an urban last mile industrial scheme , offering a number of sustainable features such as PV panels, EV charging points and LED lighting to the offices. The units total 10,524 sq ft but can be split to offer 5,262 sq ft each.
  • Unit 6 Kingsbury Trade Park, Kingsbury, NW9 is about to be refurbished and provides 2,521 sqft in a highly populated area of NW London. The unit has excellent transport links being close to Staples Corner and the A5 (Edgware Road), A406 (North Circular), M1 junction 1 and A1.
  • Unit 3 Bilton Way, Enfield has a secure 36m depth yard, 3 loading doors and first floor offices. The unit will also be upgrading its sustainability features to include PV panels, EV charging points, LED lighting and water saving fittings. The 28,581 sq ft unit is close to the A10, junction 25 of the M25 and Mollison Avenue. The works will be complete by March 2023.
