Acting on behalf of an International Electronic Components Distributor, TLRE has just completed a new lease on 15,417 sq ft, for a new Headquarters Facility, following instructions to undertake the initial search and subsequent lease negotiations. The deal relocated the client from their existing HQ to new space in Marlow!

On behalf of Royal London TLRE have just agreed terms and completed a new lease on 10,409 sq ft of distribution space on GIDC, Manor Royal, Crawley. This was a new record for TLRE in terms of timing, with completion occurring less than 5 days from agreeing Heads of Terms!
