Working closely with Landlord and tenant clients, the team has the experience to provide in depth asset management advice including scheme and unit refurbishment programmes, estate upgrades, strategic land acquisition swap or disposal, agreement of revised lease terms/surrender or covenant improvements, and evaluations based upon the advice provided.
