The premises were let to an undisclosed occupier and Easy Bathrooms who have now taken occupation. The second letting, to Easy Bathrooms was as a result of an existing tenant looking to dispose of their lease.
TLRE were able to negotiate a new lease with Easy Bathrooms, surrendering an existing lease with Fascia Place.
Easy Bathrooms are the UK’s No1 combined Bathroom and Tile retailer with over 150 existing locations.
The scheme has a large number of trade counter and high profile occupiers and leaves just one unit remaining, unit 20 which is 5,433 sq ft in size and has been fully refurbished.
The team have recorded an increase in the number of enquiries for premises in SE London, which is shown in other recent transactions in Deptford, Sydenham and Coulsdon.
