TLRE have had a busy start to the year with a number of completions to report with further interest on the remaining units on those subject schemes.

Unit 16 Chiltonian industrial Estate, London SE12 0TX was let in January ’26 and we are happy to report that we are close to instructing solicitors on a further unit on the subject scheme.

TLRE also agreed terms on Unit 16 Kingsbury Trading Estate, NW9 8AU which also completed in January. We are also under offer on the remaining unit 14 on the estate, which would result in it being fully let.

A lease was agreed on Unit 2 Sydenham Industrial Estate, a fully refurbished 4,000sqft unit on Kangley Bridge Road. Howdens, Screwfix and Crown Decorating Centre also occupy space on the scheme.

Finally, Unit GH Ventura Park, Radlett, AL2 2DB completed in February ’26 leaving the scheme with just Unit F remaining. Unit F has undergone a full refurbishment, including a new roof and will be ready for occupation by 1st March.
