At Ventura Park, Unit F is nearing completion with the works now finished on the new roof, enabling the internal works to move forward. The unit at 29,784 sq ft benefits from a dock level loading door as well as a ground door, which is unusual for a warehouse of this size.
Unit 1 Gate Centre, Brentford will be bringing forward a modern facing unit close to Syon Lane station, the A4 and M4 with works soon to be completing.
The programme of works has just finished at Unit F Tottenham Logistics Park, a 15,903 sq ft unit , close to the A406 North Circular, A10 and Meridian Water Station. The logistics unit benefits from a large secure yard, 2 loading doors and LED lighting.
The mezzanine and old offices have been removed at 6a Imprimo Park Loughton, a 19,914 sq ft unit ready for works to start. The works will include a new reception office area and kitchenette together with increasing the size of the loading doors. This is scheduled to complete in May ready for the Summer.
