TLRE and its joint agents, BNP and LSH, earlier this month, hit the south London streets to hand deliver postcard brochures for the Hub scheme, in Deptford.

Canada Water station (Jubilee line) and Surrey Quays (over ground) provide numerous links to the rest of London and are both approx 1/2 mile from the property. The A2 is 1.4 miles away and provides access into Central London or further out to SE London. The tube links were particularly helpful as we can jump on and off trains to get details to other industrial schemes in the area!
*As an update, the marketing morning seemed to work as we have had a number of very positive enquiries coming with one party interested in the last three units (1a, 1b and 1c).
